Refund policy

If Lagsmith Pro isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to get a refund

Either:

email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your order number, or
request it from Paddle, our reseller, at paddle.net, using the email address you bought with.

You don’t need to give a reason, though we’re always glad to hear what didn’t work for you.

What happens next

Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders, refunds the full amount, including any tax, to your original payment method.
Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your licence for that purchase ends, and Lagsmith goes back to the free version.

After 30 days

After 30 days we don’t normally give refunds, but if something has gone wrong, such as a duplicate purchase or Lagsmith not working on your Mac, email us and we’ll sort it out.

Try before you buy

Every install includes a 14-day Pro trial with everything unlocked, so you can check that Lagsmith works for you before buying.

This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights, including any right to withdraw from a purchase under the consumer laws of your country.
