# Refund policy

If Lagsmith Pro isn’t right for you, you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

## How to get a refund

Either:

-   email [support@lagsmith.com](mailto:support@lagsmith.com?subject=Refund%20request) from the address you bought with, or include your order number, or
-   request it from Paddle, our reseller, at [paddle.net](https://paddle.net), using the email address you bought with.

You don’t need to give a reason, though we’re always glad to hear what didn’t work for you.

## What happens next

-   Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders, refunds the full amount, including any tax, to your original payment method.
-   Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
-   Your licence for that purchase ends, and Lagsmith goes back to the free version.

## After 30 days

After 30 days we don’t normally give refunds, but if something has gone wrong, such as a duplicate purchase or Lagsmith not working on your Mac, email us and we’ll sort it out.

## Try before you buy

Every install includes a 14-day Pro trial with everything unlocked, so you can check that Lagsmith works for you before buying.

This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights, including any right to withdraw from a purchase under the consumer laws of your country.
